'Kamias' This is a little kamias tree of our neighbor. I'd tried to asked some of its fruits but unfortunately there are few fruits only. I'm planning to cook 'fish sinigang' or sour soup using this fruit as sour ingredient but I'm not lucky today. So I'll end up frying the fish.😊 I remember, my mother use to cook soup dishes by using some fresh fruits like this kamias, guavas and santol. And I love that natural taste of broth. Unlike nowadays, most common use by people are instant sour mix coz it's easy to find and prepare. I hope next time, I can have many of this. How about in your place, do you have many kamias fruits?
