Good morning.. It's unusual for me to cook early this morning but since I go to bed too early last night then it's just fine. As soon as my parents left going to church, I prepare all my ingredients for my 'Steamed puto pancake'. These includes 500g pancake mix, 1 evaporated milk, 1 condensed milk, 4 pieces eggs and cheese for toppings. This is the first time that my parents will taste my 'puto'.. My mother even doubted me and ask 'Are you sure it's gonna be delicious?'☺ She's not yet use into my cooking skills ☺ coz she never see me cook and whenever we're here for vacation she's the one who do all the cookings.☺ We'll let's see later what could be their judgement. haha..
