King Mango + Salted egg combo It's my first time to see and hold this variety of mango. I was amazed coz it's really big, it's like a papaya fruit that I picked last time. It was brought from Nueva Ecija province by my in-laws yesterday. They said it's 'King Mango', I wonder if it's also the 'Carabao Mango' coz of the shape. Have you encountered this kind of mango? We have also Indian Mangoes so I brought some in the office, and with this I thought of pairing it with salted egg and tomatoes so we can have something to share for our lunch with my colleagues. Kain po tayo..😊
