Lunch Break! Let's eat guys! My food for lunch is "dinuguan". Dinuguan is a Filipino savory stew usually of pork offal (typically lungs, kidneys, intestines, ears, heart and snout) and/or meat simmered in a rich, spicy dark gravy of pig blood, garlic, chili (most often siling haba), and vinegar. What I love in dinuguan is when mixed with coconut milk para creamy🙂 My excused to our brothers and sisters in INC, I respect your belief of not eating dinuguan.
