Picking up veggies Because of the rain these past few days my mother's plants and vegetables looks lively again after some dry days. She has planted 'saluyot' and eggplant in the backyard and others like sweet potato is in the field. Now she's picking up some to cook for us later. I'm happy that we can eat fresh vegetables again. In the city I always buy 'saluyot' to put in my dishes like 'ginisang munggo' and 'sinabawang gulay'.. I'm free from cooking during our stay here coz I wanna enjoy my mother's cooked food for us.😊

It is better u add fish as well the best partner of vegerables to make it so much healthy.
Yes we have also grilled tilapia.. my parents are not into pork meat too..
That's a great idea, growing vegetables in the garden so you can save on expenses for vegetable shopping.
Yes friend no need to buy and sometimes my mother can also sell some of her vegetables
Ang ganda tignan ng tanim na talong po ng mama nyo sis. Ako din sis pag uuwi ako kay mama naku hindi din ako nag luluto sinusulit ko lutong inay hehehe. Iba ang sarap pag luto nila eh
