Reason Why

The reason why most bosses, uncles, political father's have refused to help you; grow beyond where you are, is because they can't afford to lose you. *They have seen you; as an asset to them, losing you will be a problem, it will be a challenge, yet they do not want to increase your salary, neither do they give you room to grow, because they want you to remain with them.* Therefore, they have consciously decided out of selfish interest, not wickedness,not to help you in order; for you to remain a servant, they will prefer to assist others and not you, they will not recommend you for any position. They know you to be good at whatever you do; they use you to achieve there aims neither do they recognize you, in the scheme of things. They always want you to be around them, they make you see yourself as worthless, you are unemployable and without them you are nothing. **For you to leave such individuals or bosses is to willingly leave; decide what you want to do and move on with it. If you continue to depend; or wait on that boss, uncle and political father, it simply means you will remain a houseboy and a servant.** Begin to pursue your dream your life; your glory, your blessing; does not depend on such people.Because, if it was; they will look for a way to use their connections to place you in a higher position. But, out of greed and selfish interest,they have decided to keep you as their loyal servant, suffice me to say" that your glory you're shining does not depend on them" *Also, do not think; such individuals will allow you go, they will promise you heaven and earth, when they sense you want to leave, do not oblige them, that is a trick.* They forget that, if they assist you grow, or recommend you for a higher position of authority, you will in turn assist people behind you to also grow. For benefit of doubt, dear bosses, uncles, political father's allow your staff,subordinates and boys to grow, recommend them for something good, if you don't do it, the individual will be tired of you one day and leave If you leave, always reach out to them, assist them as occasions serve you, always talk good about them, never use their inability to assist you as an avenue to pay back. Remember " two wrongs do not make a right" **Do not be afraid to leave; when you leave they will hear of your success, and congratulate you on your bold step and new position** *Don't forget to comment, like and share to help someone, facing similar challenge.*
