Masked Face Naked eyes
Litmus of a common pandemic; That urge to be like the crowd; Worn like faces, Surging over penury, travailing on the darken side.. Yet the world has failed In seeing and knowing, That I bleed dawn to dust. As my bleeding self I yet adorn With smiles and fragrance of laughter paintings of hard work and carvings of Joy A melancholic gown With scarfs of gentleness, So I may avoid much contact Perhaps I could veil the truth.. The night thinks deeply of me and crickets observes silence I had to be real only then, And let agony assumes her place. Daily I make the flowing sea a dam and fence it all round I move around soul damp Hoping to find concern... Go beyond siting I For its never as it seems Look beyond the beautiful lies To the windows of my eyes... If I truly find concern A shoulder genuine Shall I not go lost in embrace, and let my soul free? My eyes are the litmus Look with concern and You'll see pain's cactus Masked Face Naked eyes
