Listen to Your Self
We live in an age were everyone is a technical, special and personal adviser. These adviser's without government, wisdom or backing counsel selfishly in order for you not to surpass them. First of all, When I was living in one room apartment, I wanted to furnish the room, I confided in a friend, that this is what I wanted to do. This friend discouraged me from doing that, because the room is small, that I should use the money go and chop life. I summoned courage, furnished the room; bought blue rug , 14 inches LG Television, DVD player, wardrobe, a reading table, books and mattress . **With due respect to him, he came visiting; saw how I have changed the room within a short time** *He started bringing in Friends to the room despite, him kicking against it.* Therefore, when it comes to taking/making decisions, listen to yourself. You can listen to friends advise, but filter them and do what your heart tells you. ***One reason behind this is , your heart can not be wrong, whatever your heart leads follow it, if you are wrong now in the later end, it will probably be right.*** *Taking everything into consideration, don't listen to all that people tell you, else you will not achieve anything in life.* ***Have a beautiful day!***

I think it's a matter of wise decision making. Sometimes you also need to rely on other's opinions. Through that, you can weigh in what's the next thing to do.
You are right, that's why I said we should filter other's opinions. Thank you for reading.
No problem π€
So first your friends tells you to spend your money on going out (most likely with him, his drinks) next you make yourself a great home and your friends invites people at your place to? Sounds to me this isn't a friend but someone who shows off with what you managed to do. Your carpet, television, etc π€
Well, when someone says he's your friend how do you address him? You call him what he calls himself: friend.
