Love or Lust
I need not take a careful look to find yearnings to be loved. For it was on their faces; Clear and summons on their garments flair The day births without fear. Of death nor of preying eyes. For everyone seems guilty, hence no one is guilty. Class was disgraced anyone could actually say "I care". Eyes became fasten as if for alms; given. The aged with the youth became babies for once an equal ground. The ladies needed to be shown love; maybe lust The guys hurled at the cost. So sad if you've gotten drunk Or your panties were flung. All for a worthless subtle treat Called it "the Schemer's evil plot.." If you found lust today, saddened you might never recover; But if by chance love came your way, What of other days.
