The AI course for which I want to enroll is currently unavailable, despite supposedly being fully online. Why am I not surprised. It looks like I'll have to do what I invariably end up doing: Teaching myself what I need to know (assuming I get that far). Hey, at the end of this, I might build an AI to teach a course in AI (at least to myself and my readers, if nothing else).
