I don't know what it is about me that others make the mistake of thinking they can freeload off me, but it's definitely a noticeable occurrence. Maybe they pick up on the fact that I answer their stupid questions and "'explain" the obvious (to me and anyone with more than two functioning brain cells, anyway), but completely ignore the fact that I do so with snark (or, more likely, that's completely lost on them because they don't have the requisite intelligence to detect it). I don't set out to help people purely out of good will anymore, especially not people too lazy/stupid to figure out things for themselves (not without compensation in cash or crypto, anyway). Still, the walking brain-dead lurch my way ...
