I feel the urge to post something on one of my blogs, but I'm out of ideas. All I have to report is that I spent about half the day in bed and the other half posting an updated CV to various job sites and applying to positions I'm unlikely to get (thanks to my brain issues) or in which I have no interest, but I need to find some way of earning a living. (Sadly, blogging, music production and milking crypto faucets ain't it.)

On the Internet, we can all be the people we choose to be (abusive, argumentative, easily offended, petty, etc.), but it behooves us to be the people we want to be, the best versions of ourselves (courteous, patient, polite, understanding, etc.), just as we should be IRL. As for me, I sometimes forget the distinction between my snarky online persona and the real-life me.

Oof! I've just spent 350 banana republic bucks on a new phone charger, since the old ones I have no longer work. Tomorrow, the town in which I live is going to experience a scheduled power outage that might last up to twelve hours, if not longer. The outage is scheduled to start from 08:00 in the morning. Fortunately, I have prepared breakfast for myself, since I've got an appointment at 08:30 and will likely only be able to eat after it. There are few things as annoying and distracting as a dripping tap or shower nozzle (especially if it goes on for most of the day despite being turned off tightly). My bedroom-cum-study area is right next to the bathroom. It's been driving me crazy, only to stop and be followed by rain on my window and walkway.
