We call this "katuday" while in other places in the Philippines it is locally known as Katuray in Tagalog, Ibanag, Pangasinen-se; Diana (Bisaya); Gauai-gauai(Camarines, Capiz, Negros), Kature(Pampango); and Kambangturi(Sulu). We usually cook it in hot water alone or sometimes add it in Dinengdeng or inabraw.💚😊
