Have you ever tried chickpea meatballs? FALAFEL Chickpea meatballs, also known as falafel, are a delicious dish that comes to us from Lebanon and Palestine and belong to the oriental food that is rich in spices and various nutrients. They are usually prepared by vegetarians, but also by people who often fast. They have an interesting taste, and for some they even have the taste of meat, which makes them a perfect substitute for real meat. The best thing about falafel is that you can always make your own version, with your own spice mix. I will show you my version and I love to eat them. Here's what you need 150 g chickpeas (soak it in water for a couple of hours but do not cook it) 1 onion (medium size) 1 clove of garlic 0.5 teaspoons cumin 0.5 bunch of primrose 0.25 teaspoons ground black pepper 0.25 teaspoons sweet ground pepper 0.25 teaspoons coriander 0.25 teaspoons of salt 2 tablespoons lemon juice 55 g of flour 1 baking powder Put all this in a blender and grind but not too finely, make balls and fry in oil Da li ste ikada probali ćufte od leblebija?
