And after an hour of bus ride from Krakow we arrived at Auswitz, a place that bears the scar of the dark side of the human being. Auschwitz was the largest Nazi concentration camp for mass destruction of views. A tourist guide was with us. Without him this visit would not make sense, we would know absolutely nothing but to look at all those disgusting buildings. A total of 1.3 million people from various parts of Europe were deported to the Auschwitz concentration camp. Of that number, 1.1 million were killed here.
