An unforgettable moment

Hi everyone there!

This has been a week full of experiences, some good and some not so good. From being able to get good grades on final exams, to the uncertainty of not knowing if we will keep our job with a long-time client (he and his family are moving to another city).

It's interesting how life always keeps changing and surprises you, especially when you think everything is going according to your plans. The great thing with all this is that you will always be sure that you will have new things to experience and learn. How boring it would be to know exactly what will happen, and have everything go according to your wishes. I am convinced that, sooner or later, we would get bored of the monotony.

Sometimes we feel overwhelmed by the negative things that happen without stopping, and of course, without warning, and although most of the time the solution is simple, we fail to see it. My father (a very wise man from whom I have learned a lot and fortunately I am still learning) taught me that life is full of adversities, and that the key is to always maintain a balance between everything, everything we do; work, family, friends, studies, fun.... To this day I continue to learn from this basic rule, and although sometimes I feel trapped between so many activities and I think I will not have time to accomplish them all, always without realizing it things work out, all in their due time and way, as if magically reaching that much needed "balance", as if an invisible force was there to make everything happen the way it does. Every little action we do, without realizing it, leads us to become who we are, to share what we do and to influence other people, whether we want this to happen or not, constantly.

Every day I am surprised to see how the world is constantly changing, I mean, watching the news about the advances in science and technology and thinking about futures that we can not live, but we can imagine with luxuries and details. Colonizing other planets, exploring space, discovering unimaginable concepts, finding life beyond where our telescopes can reach. Wherever we go depends only on us, a chaotic world of no return, or a better place to preserve the miracle that we have only been able to find on our planet: life.

As individuals, our time in this world is finite, but as a species, it could be infinite. Just thinking about it makes your skin crawl. How far will we go? Will we be able to survive our own chaotic nature? Will all problems be solved with this same "magic" that puts everything in balance, as my father says?

Honestly, I think there is a limit to everything, and that limit is there, we just sometimes don't want to see it, we decide to ignore what's going on and let someone else take care of it.

But hey! Think how cool it would be to see the stars a little closer, to step on other planets and bring them to life, to look at space from another perspective, to see how small we really are, but at the same time so big.

Doesn't someone else in the future deserve to feel the sun on their face? Even if it is a different one from ours, or to breathe fresh air without thinking about anything more than that, about the miracle that is the simple fact of their existence. Of course it is, it is worth it to make a little more effort, and to act, even if you know that there are those who do nothing, you will know that you are rowing in the right direction, you will know that you are doing your part, and that is already very valuable. It is valuable to you, to your family, to your friends, and even to that person who doesn't know you, and never will, but who will silently thank you for allowing him to experience it too. After all, we are only a moment

let's make our moment unforgettable!
