Tryin' to Glow Up without Breaking the Bank Hey yah! How are we? Well, its been awhile since I last wrote anythin' here. Guess t'was when I entered a writing activity. Currently in a bus heading home and since its rush hour, its been traffic. Sooo, I've contemplated on what to do just to kill the time and decided to talk about "GLOW UP" here. Unfortunately, I grew up in a place where matters like finances, health, how to's: to earn more, to glow up, to feel beautiful isn't and was never a topic. I dunno, maybe because for one my mom also grew up in a toxic environment so she didn't experience it herself. Now, I wanted to really like end the cycle and try to learn a lot of things, though it is draining but important things that I can someday teach my kids. For one, I realized that being classy, looking good is sometimes in born but since we wanted to feel good others would spend millions and millions to look better or expensive. As for me, since I do not have millions, I decided to just focus on how can I look better on things that I can afford. Thrift Shop Not everyone may like it but yeah this is a saver! In PH, it is very expensive to buy branded clothes but if you can slay a 10-50 peso top and a 100 peso pants or shorts together with it then you go girl! Online Shopping Well here in our country I observed I save more than buying stuffs in person. Of course, make sure to double check reviews and dyor! Style: Mix and match Sometimes, you need not a new wardrobe but to learn how to mix and match then put on some accessories to make your outfit look better. Style it out so it looks better! Find better deals, good quality You can definitely find better quality items even not buying clothes or outfits in Malls, ya know! You just gotta be resourceful! Your hair is your Crowning Glory! Cut that out or do some style. Try to look for inspired haircuts or styles that you think may suit you.
