I am doing my best to discipline myself because I am worried about my sugar so I needed to avoid food that could cause my sugar to spike but earlier today I was not able to control again coz I had a hard time standing in the bus for like almost 2hrs and I felt soo hungry so when I got down I decided to stop by the barbecue eatery plus it was raining heavily. Of course, barbecue is nothing without vinegar with lemon and chili then a cold mountain dew. Hayysss sounds so delicious and its indeed delicious ....
