Kids character development starts at home. I always advise kids to say "thank you", "please","Im sorry". Then now, they are taught to wash the dishes or plates they used. Next would be teaching them to wash their own undies especially that I have daughters. I want them to learn the basic manner, skills at home so when they go to other places it would definitely help them. I am also observing if they have emotional intelligence because by having one they would become a team player.
