Just sharing you this wonderdul story of a 19 years old man who happens to be a autism which gone viral because of his letter. "Young autistic man's viral letter" A letter written by a 19-year-old autistic man asking for employers to "take a chance" on him recently went viral. In his letter, Ryan Lowry said despite not learning like "typical people do" he aspires to be in animation or IT. The man's condition was not a hindrance on reaching his ambitions. The man became viral with the caption indicated as "Neurodiverse candidates represent a vast pool of highly qualified and largely untapped talent" We should not be discriminating or judging them on how they look like or what they are but on the things that they can do instead.
