Have you ever had a business partner before? How were/are things coordinated between both of you? I recently entered a partnership with a friend of mine and we have created a company. We both have equal stakes in the company and the company is structured as a partnership (i.e there are no CEOs or anything like that. We are both managing partners) We don’t have a paper on how to split profits and what percentage we should put in the company’s treasury yet and we have already been awarded our first project. So what do you suggest I do? My partner is handling most of the financials from the project and i trust him 💯 But I still think proper documentation is necessary. I don’t even know how to go about that. We are just a startup of less than 2 months. Any suggestions here? Good morning Noisers. #RandomThoughts
