Would you rather buy a house or rent an apartment? I have seen a lot of people around me, especially the youths fall under peer pressure to acquire a house and end up doing things they are not supposed to. it is a good thing to own a house, as a matter of fact, real estate is one of the best investments to throw your money at. but this got me thinking, personally, i feel if you have a lot of money, its a good thing to buy a house, but if you dont have a lot of money, you dont need to put yourself under unnecessary pressure. you can just acquire a land and start building little by little. Even if it takes years to complete. It is always good to take things step by step. There is more to life. Just my random opinion #RandomThoughts
