I had the opportunity of recruiting for a construction firm where i did my industrial training and it was a nice experience. Like at first I was surprised when the MD told me to help him recruit (like I was just an IT student) but I just went along with it. So imagine an IT student recruiting permanent staffs. Haha. Anyways, I learnt a thing or two that I’d to share here. “There are countless people that wants to get employed for the same position you are occupying and applying for, the only difference is there are few people who can add value to their organization(s). When you show that you can add value to a company, you are going to have different offers from companies wanting to employ you and not the other way round” #RandomThoughts
