This level takes us to the fairgrounds, where a bunch of teenagers broke in and are making a mess of things. It´s gonna be hard to clean up. Now things are getting more elaborate, between turning the lights to not alarm the guards, making sure no cats gett killed or run away, this is proving to be a bit more challenging compared to other levels. I had to repeat the levels a couple of times, I edited some of it out so you can see the solution.
