I understand now what is "prioritize learning over performance". It is often reminded at work. In the workplace, before you are given the job, you must first master the type of work that will be given to you. After the job orientation, you will be observed in performance, that is called job training. When you performed well, it really means you have learned something from what you have studied. But, can you use it when you are given another job? Yes, but maybe on the other things, so we still need to learn for other jobs to be given to us.
