Eat it or be hungry! Kidding..! ☺ Poor families like us, don't really believe in what is in the articles that we read about kid's eating and food. Whenever my children don't wanna eat veggies..? I force them, but pediatricians advised that never force our children to eat what they don't like to eat. Well, again, it all depends on our status in life. But, in my observations, I don't see anything wrong in my kids when I forced them to eat veggies, 😁 Ngayon sanay na sila, kaya kahit ayaw nila kumakain sila. Paano pala kung susundin ko ang gusto ng anak ko? Ewan ko lang....
