What you can do is to re-import your wallet.  1: Copy your wallet recovery phrase for your original wallets  2: Create a dummy wallet  3: Delete your original wallet, NOT THE APPLICATION  4: Import your recovery phrase  For the first step, you just need to tap the wallet that has your funds, tap the three-dot button, then select 'Show my recovery phrase'. Copy it and make sure not to share it with anyone, including us. Before proceeding with the next steps, kindly make sure you have the recovery phrase with you.  Next to create a dummy wallet, just tap the +Add button from the wallet home screen, select Create New Wallet, change the type into the same coin your funds is (BTC or BCH), enter a wallet name, then create.  To delete the original wallet, simply tap it, then tap the three-dot button, and then select Delete this wallet.  Lastly, to import your recovery phrase. tap the +Add button in your wallet home screen, then select Import Wallet. Enter your 12-word recovery phrase in there while making sure all the words are separated by spaces and in lowercase letters.
