It was requested by my kids, a mini Christmas Tree for their study table. I decided to buy it at Lazada because I was thinking that it would be the best choice. And look what's the surprise? A very poor packaging resulted in a damaged item inside of the package. It's a seller's liability, not Lazada's, and not a delivery boy who delivered the items. But, upon requesting a refund, I couldn't complete it because I have to choose the return option, and it's really a hassle for me. It also happens at Shopee but the difference between the two E-Commerces is, Shopee has an option of damaged items under refund form, so some items like this don't need to return when you request a refund. But in Lazada, you have to choose the damaged item option than straight to the return form 😅. So it is up to you if you want to return and get a refund or receive a Thank You from a seller 😅.
