I woke up because of my son, he still playing. He couldn't sleep because of an allergy reaction again from chicken. He has watery eyes and a runny nose. But it is just a mild reaction. Chronic allergy is risky, it can trigger asthma. Better to eat food in moderation when you are allergic to the food you eat.

Your son is cute and innocent. Take good care of him. And he get well soon. Avoid him to touch chicken.
How difficult this is dear Gerl, I hope your son gets better soon, no doubt we must be moderate with what we eat, my recommendation is to always have at home allergy medicine or any herb that serves to soothe these allergies, I hope he can sleep well and you too, greetings, take care of yourselves.
