It's been a month of mining at storm gain and I already mined $9. Less than $1 before it reaches $10. But someone told me to reach up to $15-$20, the wisest technique mining at storm again before trading.

Yes, let it reach up to 20 because if you loss profit you can still trade if you maintain it in $10 since you cant trade if you are less than $10 and you will need to deposit. So it must be nice if you really study the graph of the crypto or stock that you will either buy or sell ;))
