What is Delusion? My three children were born through cesarean section. All of them. Every after the operation, I experience a strange feeling in myself. I thought I was hallucinating, but it wasn't a hallucination, it meant something different and it was a delusion. Delusion is a strong conviction that could not be true. Common illusions include the belief that someone follows or monitors you or the belief you possess extraordinary abilities and powers. Other psychosis signs include problems in concentration, completion of tasks, or decision-making. Thoughts can feel confused or 'jumbling.' Some people find it hard to follow or speak clearly after conversations. The way people move or speak out can even be affected by psychosis.
