No budget, no problem!! It's all recycled materials that I've repaired and outfitted with lights. Such things aren't as important nowadays. But because my kids are happy and they asked for it, I gave it to them. Because it's Halloween, the lights are red and orange; when it's December, simply switch to multicolors. Isn't there, no cost?
