Please read po especially if you have a child who is not fast learner😊. These past few days I shared about my eldest son's achievements and high grades. Today, I will share the grades of my son who is in the second grade. His grade is very low, you can see it in his test paper. but why am I not alarmed? because we have passed his very first test, which is learning how to read. Before, I really said, we will not focus on competency first because we want him to focus on reading. and I am very grateful that before the end of the first grading, our first goal with him was successful. so when he took the first quarter exam, we didn't expect a high grade but we still praised him even though he had failing grades. instead, we said congratulations for knowing how to read! the next thing we will do is practice him for competency. so that by the time he reaches grade 3, he will be good at reading and he will be ready for all subjects. This is the way we agreed with his teacher, focus on the first goal and then the next steps. it's hard to keep up when you know he's not good at the first step yet. so far, the flow of the process we made for this child is smooth. good luck in the second quarter! Huwag po natin i-pressure masyado ang mga bata lalo na kapag sila ay nasa lower grade palang. Sarili Kong experience yan sa kanila. Kapag pagagalitan mo sila dahil Hindi makuha Yung tamang sagot, puro takot nalang ang mararamdaman nila na lalo Ng nagpapahina ng loob sa bata. Hindi madali ang pinagdaanan ko SA batang Yan, pinag-aralan ko din Yan at talagang nahingi ako Ng advice SA mga teachers at nagbabasa din akong mga articles about SA mga batang Hindi fast learner at madaling madistract.
