William Shakespeare was an English playwright, poet, and actor. He was arguably the greatest writer in the English language. Also regarded as the world's greatest dramatist. He wrote 154 sonnets, 39 plays, 3 long narrative poems. At the age of 18, he married Anne Hathaway, had three children: Susanna, and twins Hamlet and Judith. He wrote tragedies, comedies and tragicomedies. Among his plays are Hamlet, King Lear, Macbeth, Romeo and Juliet, Prosperous, Othello, etc.
