#source deepweb archieves One of the most remote Buddhist temples in the world. Mount Fanjing, or fanjingshan, is part of the wuling mountain range in guizhou province, Southwest China. Registered to UNESCO World Heritage last year, the mountain is home to a conservation area, a natural reserve and a number of Buddhist temples. It has been considered a sacred site for centuries. Two of these temples are located at the top of a peak called "new golden summit", which rises to more than 100 meters above the top of the surrounding mountain. The Buddha Temple and the temple of maitreya are separated by a narrow throat that visitors can cross by a small bridge. ©Trust My Science
