My Theory: A Nasty Nightmare (Possible Effect Of Subliminal Messages On Our Minds)
It was a very rough and scary night. I fell asleep at around 2 am, with a heart that was filled with joy, thanks to the wonderful people of the Hive community that made me feel at home. "I'll make this night perfect by listening to Dr. Virtual's subliminal messages while sleeping," I thought to myself, before playing his latest masterpiece: Nirvana State Of Wealth Prosperity Of Dreams Subliminal
Dr. Virtual is a man that can be trusted with one's life. I've been following his work for the past three years, and experienced exactly what he "promised". I'm not saying YouTube videos have the power to change our lives, but some of the subliminal and meditational content creators are "masters of their craft". They're aware of the influence that music and words have on our minds. When combined with our dedication, and diligence, those subliminal & meditational files become true life changers.
Well, in order to dissolve a trauma, the mind must re-enter its state of being. One must mentally go back in time to re-live that experience and face the fear, over and over, until the individual get's mentally used to that level of warfare and overcomes the fear by doing so. However, some fears and traumatic experiences are quite large. I'd dare to say mine caused a slight PTSD. Last year, I survived two devastating earthquakes. Both were very strong (5.7 & 6.3) and shallow (depths of 10 kilometers, each). The first hit my area in the early morning, I believe it was the 21st April 2020, at approximately 6 am. The sound thereof is still ringing in my ears. It sounds like pure power. On the other hand, there were glasses and porcelain dishes falling and dispersing into thousands of pieces. All of that got engraved into my subconscious mind, in the form of trauma. The second earthquake was even stronger. It hit us at approximately 11 am, 2 days before Christmas. I got caught by it while taking a shower. There's still a picture of the "dust" that was falling from the ceiling, while electricity was switching off and on. It was a horrendous experience. There were many questions going around my mind during those moments:
"Is God punishing us?"
"Have I been acting morally acceptable in the eyes of God during my lifetime?"
"Is this my end?"
"What if I die in here and the people find me without clothes?"
"Is this earthquake ever going to end?"
"What is happening to other people now?"
That earthquake lasted for over a minute and caused fatalities 100 kilometers away from me. One victim was the unfortunate child that got caught while sleeping. My house is new and able to endure strong hits (up to 7.0), but the furniture and electrical devices got damaged. For instance, the laptop "danced off the table" due to vibrations, fell down, and got destroyed. Electrical installations also had to be rewired...
Back then, I decided to let go, and let God. "What happens, happens.", I thought to myself, due to being exhausted by fear and constant expectations of the upcoming earthquakes. I was simply too tired to keep on thinking "what if?" and "when is the next earthquake going to hit us?".
However, the subconscious mind doesn't forget. That's one of the things it cannot do! It has enough memory to store all information available to mankind with rooms to spare, according to Dr. Alexander Rich who was a professor of Biophysics at M.I.T.!
My experience got memorized and stored within the subconscious mind. As previously said, once you decide to get rid of an unwanted part of the memory or behavior, first you have to find the source thereof, then dissolve it (which usually happens during sleeping). Apparently, that's what I subconsciously and unconsciously wanted to do. Well, Sir Virtual knows how to treat the brain for the achievement of the greatest results. His latest video (Nirvana) contains everything needed to find, awaken, and dissolve painful memories. In my case, that is the trauma caused by earthquakes and fears thereof.
My dream looked like this: I was lying in my bed, reading the feedback of readers on Ecency and feeling blissful. Then, I took the look on the right side, towards the hallway, and there was my mother, standing silently in a white dress. I got terrified, 'cause it looked like a scene from horror movies. So I put down my laptop on the small table that's beside my bed, stood up, and asked "What's wrong?". She didn't say a word, just started smiling. At that moment, the ceiling started to shake, and I told her "Oh no, it's an earthquake, we have to go!", to which she replied, "No, it's just what you think it is.". Then another hit almost knocked me off my feet, after which I loudly said "NO, I DON'T JUST THINK IT'S REAL, IT'S REALLY REAL!" and decided to go into a small room that feels like the safest place in the house. While I was walking towards that room, I remember taking a look towards my bed just at the moment the laptop was falling off the table... At that moment, I thought to myself "Forget about it, the laptop is not important now!". Walls started swinging, so I said to my mother "Come in here, this one is going to be strong!". Then she calmly looked at me and got dissolved into a thin air, after which I woke up, feeling exactly the same way as I did the very morning we got hit for the first time.
For the next 10 minutes, I've been thanking God that it was just a nightmare. In fact, that's when the idea for this article came to me. Something said "share that story", so, here it is.
Dreams are important. They may be ignored, or misrepresented, but in my opinion, they're symbolically giving us directions and revealing what should we do. For instance, unaware minds would take this experience as a nightmare, and nothing else, but once you become aware of the mind's modus operandi, you begin realizing that those thoughts and dreams must come from somewhere or something. That "place" or a "thing" must be programmed to produce such results. Therefore, if you have dreams of earthquakes and fear caused by them, then that means there's still an unsolved traumatic experience living inside of your mind, that must be overcome. I said "Living", 'cause every thought, idea, memory, and belief are living psychic entities.
I expect that nightmare to return again. Hopefully, I'll meet it prepared, and deal with it, once and for all. If you suffer from PTSD, anxiety, or anyONE similar (remember, psychic entities), the first step towards victory is realizing where do those enemies come from! What is their origin, how did they come into existence, and where is their resting place... Then, you must find a "vehicle" (metaphorically speaking) to get into their base and blow it apart. That's the warfare of the mental plane of existence. Feel free to share your stories, troubles (if there are any), and opinions with me. I'd love to offer my help!
Finding out the identity of your enemy is the dawn of victory over it!
