Freewrite: Feeling Other People's Thoughts And Emotions
Many years ago, my friend, Elena asked me "what is wrong?". I replied "nothing, everything is fine" and tried to look happy even though my soul felt sad. Elena responded, "Oh, cmon, I can feel your sadness!" which surprised me. That was the first time someone acknowledged me that MY feelings can be felt by OTHER people.
I began researching how do people feel the "energy" of other living beings (including animals), which led me to a realization that we are a species that is capable of broadcasting thoughts "telepathically". God knows what else is still unknown to us when it comes to the power and abilities of our brains, that in fact, work very similar to the radio broadcast.
The only difference is that you may choose what frequency you want your radio to "listen to", while the energy of our thoughts is like water, always flowing uncontrollably and mixing with other people's energies. That's how one may feel the sad emotions of a friend that on the surface looks happy, but feels miserable on the inside at the same time.
An interesting thing about "receiving" thoughts is that some well-known genius inventors (Nikola Tesla) claimed they received full plans and blueprints of new inventions by thought from the "super consciousness", also called God's consciousness. I'm not sure if that is true, but can't find a single solid reason why would Tesla make such a claim if that wasn't true. An average person would probably try to hide other people's and force's merits, in order to make him/herself look even more brilliant.
Maybe all of those inventions indicate that after thousands of years we should stop relying upon five physical senses and enter the mystique of the human mind. I believe the greatest discovery of the era we live in will not be some distant planet that's populated by destructive wild mammals, but the discovery of the intangible forces that are everywhere, in everything and everyone. Perhaps, we will discover the true meaning of life and the root of our existence.
