There is more than tickers going up and down !

Greetings ! I have a story to tell you guys and it is going to be a treat. I am a healthy person with mostly everything sorted out in my life. Then i got into crypto mainly Bitcoin Cash. The problem is face is that my sentiment that my invested money will goes up in value in no time. That is not really happening . I sold , convert one coin to another without realizing that i was in loss. Then my reading frenzy begins, more news , more FUD, more nervous i was . Then i take a look around , you know what i saw ? I saw my family, my fiancé, and my self confident that has lost in market up and downs. So i am here to tell you that if you have invested in one coins, believe it. And your invested amount don't matter if you can't enjoy your life with your love ones. This is my first post btw , if you can tip me , i will be very happy . Cheers !
