I don't get it. As far as I know, a user can only be able leave a comment to the post if both of them are following each other, but I am not sure if for example the user that I followed can be able comment to my post even if he/she didn't follow me back. Perhaps was it possible?🤔 Tonight I was about to comment to someone's post but I found out that I am not allowed, but this user can comment to my post, so how it possible?

No, you do not have to be following EACH OTHER to comment. You only have to follow THEM for them to comment on your posts.

If you follow me, I can comment on your posts. If you do not follow me, I cannot comment on your posts. It doesn't matter whether I am following you or not.

No, If you follow a user, that user can leave a comment on your post. If the user didn't follow you, you can't leave a comment on his post. But, when you are following each other BOTH OF YOU CAN send a message (chat).
