Did you overthink too? Sometimes I do, the things not yet happened. Im thinking the worst thing to happen. And it distract our mood in bothering something. Avoiding those thoughts make me think again. We are not perfect we can say what we would like to say. In a nice way, its up for them how will they react and what they will think of us.
