How many sweets can you eat during the day?

Have you ever wondered how many sweets you eat during one day? Do you often have the habit of eating sweets or just sometimes? It's true to me that sometimes I eat sweets all day long, before I was younger I loved a lot of sweets and now I do not have that much desire to eat sweets.
