Hopes and expectations kill us silently. But sometimes it is hard not to have any. We always have expectations from our friends, spouses, parents, siblings and ourselves. I don't believe that we can entirely be free from all expectations which means we can't be totally free from disappointment. As long as we live, we must expect one thing or the other, the best we can do is minimize our expectations.
