Technology is confusing the World

Recently, Scientist just submitted another discovery that the sperm cells previously believed to swim doesn't swim but spins. This is a belief scientist have held for about 700 years. What caused this change? Nothing but advancement in Technology. I believe a lot of changes will still come in the nearest future due to technological advancement. May be the World is not spherical though? Who knows what improved Technology will say in the future? What are your thoughts? Let's know. Thank you for your time
