Who Loves Yougurt ! Hello Dear friends 😃 Too hot today . We can't even go outside . By the way are you guy's a Yougurt lover? Me: I'm not a yougurt lover because sometimes i don't want its taste. Not my prepared taste but my baby and his daddy loves Yougurt ,as if they are not happy without eating Yougurt. Their Days was incomplete if they can't eat yougurt. Anyway it's nit bad to eat yougurt daily as per my research. Yougurt is good for toddlers and even for adult,but you have to make sure that your baby is not allergic in any kind of milk and not lactose intolerance. My baby is not allergic in milk nor he is not lactose intolerance so it's safe for Him to have Yougrt daily as his desert ,or for snack. Yougurt is good upto 3 servibgs daily,but for my baby once is enough for a day. So it's all for now . Have a good day ahead and take care Guys Mwuahh
