Got an emergency call from a shipping company, the consignment I ordered for over two weeks ago finally arrived. I called the company yesterday to inquire about my goods which I duly paid for including the shipping fees, at first, the person that answered my call said my goods were not with them in their office. I was angry and charged at him, how can something I have paid for, and for two weeks you are telling me you don't know anything about it? Then, later he called back to say the goods would be delivered today. I wonder what the guy was up to.
