Problem solved. The bitcoin.com wallet customer support solved my missing transactions issues. I didn't know that after reinstalling a wallet all addresses changes. I have the old address in here so I can't receive the notification. I was told to scan for missing transactions, switch off my device and restart again, then the missing transaction was added to my balance. My problem now is to change the address here with the new one for me to keep recieving notification of payments.
