Well, I don't really know how the noise.cash algorithm rate posts or users that some users are getting a higher hearts values why many others including myself get lower hearts values despite puting much efforts. Some says, it's the quality of a user's post, others said it's the interval of posting, a more others suggested that it could be the rate of engagement on the site. In all this suggestions I think I would score myself high, I make not more than three to four post a day and at an interval of three to five hours between them. I tried my best to read and comment on any interesting post of my subscriptions and in the channels. In all these, am still at a lower rated user here. Being among the pioneers to the site, but didn't do much earlier then, but has resolved to do my best and see where it gets me in the coming months. I advice anyone with less or no hearts values not to be discouraged, but keep doing your best, things might turn out better before you know it.
