This is especially true when it comes to our work, and in particular, our writing. When we're desperate, we tend to make bad decisions and take on subjects we have little or no knowledge about. This can make us produce lower-quality work, simply because we're trying to make it, too fast. I continue where I stopped in the article of yesterday and move on to discuss some ways that being desperate can affect us as writers.
