This is not a joke, someone is moving my money in here, my minimum payout was set at $1 as you can see in the screenshot, but there is a payment of $0.28 sent to where I can tell. What the hell is going on here 🤷

No sir. Your minimum payout is $1 which was deposited into your wallet. But $0.62 out of it was gather before the last 24hrs used in calculating. Only $0.28 came in the last 24hours. You only have the $0.62 delivered today because your minimum payout is set at $1 . So the system wait for it to get to $1 before sending.
