SACRIFICE IS THE LANGUAGE OF LOVE. The dictionary defines sacrifice as the act of giving up something of value for the sake of something else one holds dear. To be able to move on in life, sacrifices must be made every now and then in order to maintain a good relationship. So what is it that makes sacrifices bearable? The emotional connection between people. It is very important for a couple to sacrifice for the sake of love. But a couple who make sacrifices only outside the home will not make it. Boldness is required for one to go out of their way to show their love towards one another. Husbands should learn how to sacrifice in grace with wives and wives should also learn how to sacrifice in grace to husbands, if they really want to make married life work.
